Turbo Printz – Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order with Turbo Printz. By purchasing from my website, you agree to the terms below.
1. About Me
Turbo Printz is run solely by one individual. I am not a large business, and all items are created, personalised, packed, and shipped by me alone. Please keep this in mind when ordering, as processing times may vary.
2. Personalised Products
2.1. All items sold by Turbo Printz are made-to-order personalised products.
2.2. Because each item is custom-made, all orders are final once placed. I do not accept cancellations or returns unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
2.3. Customers must ensure that all details submitted for customisation are correct, including names, dates, photos, and design choices. I cannot be held responsible for errors in the information provided.
3. Mocks / Proofs
3.1. A mock-up (proof) is provided for confirmation before printing.
3.2. You must check the mock carefully for spelling, dates, layout, and accuracy.
3.3. Once the mock is approved, the order moves to production and cannot be changed or cancelled. Any mistakes overlooked during approval cannot be refunded.
3.4. Delays in replying to mock emails/messages will delay the processing and dispatch of your order. Turbo Printz cannot be held responsible for delays caused by late customer responses.
4. Artwork & Uploads
4.1. Any artwork, photos, or files you upload will be printed as supplied.
4.2. I am not responsible for low-quality images, pixelation, or issues caused by the customer uploading unsuitable files.
4.3. By uploading artwork or photos, you confirm that you own the rights to use them or have obtained permission from the copyright holder.
5. Payments
5.1. All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.
6. Delivery
6.1. Turnaround Time
Delays in customer response or approval will extend the turnaround time.6.1. Dispatch times are approximate, as each item is handmade by one person.
The turnaround time is 7–10 working days, however this may change during busy periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
This timeframe begins only when both payment AND artwork/mock approval have been received.
Orders cannot begin until these two steps are completed.
6.2. I aim to meet estimated delivery times, but delays may occur, especially during busy periods.
6.3. Once dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier. I cannot be held responsible for delays once the item is in transit.
6.4. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours with photographs of the product and packaging.
6.5. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:
- I cannot replace or refund the order if it is lost or delivered to the wrong address.
- If the parcel is returned to me by the courier, the customer will be responsible for paying additional postage costs to resend it.
6.6. If a parcel is returned due to non-delivery, no one being home, or failure to collect from a sorting office or pickup point:
- The customer will be responsible for paying the postage cost to resend the item.
- Refunds will not be issued for personalised items that are returned for these reasons.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
7.1. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours with photographs of the product and packaging.
7.2. I may request the return of the item so I can assess the issue.
7.3. If confirmed faulty, I will offer a replacement.
8. Communication
8.1. All communication is handled by one person. I aim to respond promptly, but delays may occur.
8.2. Any delay in responding to emails, messages, or mock approvals on the customer’s side will directly delay the order. I cannot be held responsible for such delays.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. All designs, product images, and content on the website are the property of Turbo Printz.
9.2. These may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. Turbo Printz is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10.2. My total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the item in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
